I have known and worked with Gary over the past 10 years in a number of different capacities. Gary owned and ran my favourite hotel in Aberdeen, The Carmelite. My wife and I regularly stayed at The Carmelite as for us it was like a home from home. The service was superb, the rooms were quirky and different from your average city centre hotel and we really enjoyed eating in the hotel restaurant or at one of the many events the hotel used to organise.
